• Business or sponsor name acknowledged on the official SFCC Facebook page.
• Acknowledgement during the sponsors’ segment of the event.
• Acknowledgement by the emcee or performing artist.
• Logo included in the commercial presentation loop before the event.
• Opportunity to present one special award, subject to the official program.

This package does not include a reserved sponsor table.

✨ Event Sponsor — ₩500,000

• Business logo included on the official event photo wall.
• Recognition on the official SFCC Facebook page.
• Acknowledgement during the sponsors’ segment.
• Acknowledgement by the emcee or performing artist.
• Logo included in the commercial presentation loop before the event.
• Opportunity to present an award to one of the winners.
• One reserved table with two chairs.

🏆 Gold Sponsor — ₩1,000,000

• Includes all benefits under the Event Sponsor package.
• Business logo displayed for a longer period and more frequently.
• Premium logo placement on selected promotional materials.
• Additional acknowledgement during the event program.
• Opportunity to present two awards, including a special award and a princess or runner-up title.
• Reserved sponsor table with two chairs.

Major Event Partner — ₩3,000,000

• Includes all benefits offered under the Gold Sponsor package.
• Logo displayed alongside the official event and SFCC logos on major materials.
• Priority logo placement throughout the event presentation.
• Up to 10 minutes of allotted promotional or presentation time during the event.
• Opportunity to present the award to the Hiraya Queen.
• Brand ambassador collaboration with a selected Hiraya titleholder, subject to agreement.
• Official recognition as a Major Event Partner.
• Reserved premium sponsor seating.

A customized partnership agreement may be prepared for the Major Event Partner.

Gift and Service Partners

Hiraya also welcomes product, gift, venue, food, accommodation, transportation, photography, beauty, fashion, and other service partnerships.

Recognition and benefits will depend on the confirmed value and type of sponsorship provided.

Partnership Guidelines

• All sponsorships are subject to confirmation by the organizers.
• Logos and promotional materials must be submitted before the official deadline.
• Benefits may be adjusted depending on the final event program and venue limitations.
• Brand ambassador arrangements require a separate written agreement.
• Sponsorship contributions are generally non-refundable once promotional work has begun.
