They are measured by the battles fought in silence, the tears shed behind closed doors, and the courage to keep moving forward despite overwhelming challenges. Arshamae’s story is one of those stories. Born and raised in Calamba, Misamis Occidental, Philippines, Arshamae grew up under the care of her grandparents after her parents separated when she was still an infant. While many children grow up surrounded by their parents, her grandparents became her source of love, guidance, and stability. Her grandmother, a hardworking farmer, played a particularly important role in shaping her character. Life in the countryside was far from easy, but it taught her valuable lessons about perseverance, gratitude, and resilience.
